All Buyers who wish to participate are required to complete and submit the ITE HCMC Buyer Registration form and Buyer Questionnaire form online by 31 July 2010.

IMPORTANT: Submission of the Buyer Registration Form is not a confirmation of being hosted. All qualified Buyers approved by the Buyer Advisory Committee will be notified and then a payment of US$100 is required as administrative fee.
